Welcome to UnlimitedTales! We're excited to have you here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which uses artificial intelligence to create personalized children's storybooks, including text and illustrations.

By accessing or using UnlimitedTales, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

UnlimitedTales is designed to be used by individuals of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you should use the platform with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The platform does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. Use of the Platform

Our platform allows you to generate unique storybooks using AI. You may use the generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated. Commercial use is not permitted without express written permission.

• No uploading or inputting harmful, unlawful, or offensive material.
• No use of the platform to generate discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate content.
• No reverse engineering or exploiting the platform or outputs.

3. User Input & Generated Content

You retain rights to any prompts or story ideas you provide. You grant us the right to process this information to generate story content.

Your input (e.g., main character name, traits) is sent securely to a third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI) for processing. This data is not used to train models or for profiling.

You get a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated content. We don’t claim ownership but may ask for opt-in permission to use examples in marketing.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, design, and branding are owned by UnlimitedTales. You may not copy, distribute, or alter any part of the platform without prior written consent.

5. No Refund Policy

Because of the high costs of generating content and the digital nature of our product, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We’ll help resolve technical issues if they arise.

6. Privacy

We collect limited personal information, such as your email and story configuration inputs, solely to provide our service. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee content quality or suitability. We’re not liable for any direct or indirect damages from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. You agree to provide accurate billing information and understand that charges are final and non-refundable.
